REPAIR SHOP (ISO 9001:2000)
Our electromechanical department uses custom-designed software to track its activities. From order entries to invoicing, all operations are controlled in real time.
With this system, we can efficiently and rigorously keep track of shipping dates and customer specifications. It also guarantees that only technicians with the appropriate qualifications work on your equipment. In addition, you can get reports on all the tests conducted by our technicians at any time in the five years following any repair work.
Here is a brief overview of our three departments:
Mechanics
We have the lifting capacity to handle equipment weighing up to 10 metric tons. Our technicians and engineers are trained to work on almost any kind of rotating machinery (MCC, CA, alternators, generators), as well as on pumps, transformers and industrial gear reducers. We can also repair equipment up to 2.5MW and do full load testing up to 500kW. Since 2000, an ISO 9001 Quality System has governed all the work done in our workshops.
Machining
We have the capacity to process oversized parts. We also have the facilities and personnel to perform spray arc, TIG and MIG welding, as well as sandblasting. Our machinists have many years of experience and use their skills optimally to perform the work you require.Winding
Our coil winding department has been known for the excellence of its work for many years.
We use only very high quality materials such as magnetic wire (for variable speed drive applications) and synthetic resins that are three times more resistant than conventional varnishes. Whether the work is done with pre-formed or traditional windings, our unparallel team of coil winders takes pride in meeting all your specifications.
VPI (ISO 9001:2000)
A new winding cannot be reliable unless it is totally immersed in varnish.
Thanks to our vacuum pressure immersion technique, all of our new windings are totally impregnated with varnish.
Benefits:
- Deeper impregnation of varnish
- Perfect filling of interstices
- No air or humidity in interstices
- Greater adhesion or resistance of varnish
- Better heat dispersion of assembly
If you are looking for experts in winding impregnation, you can rely on us!
We use the best leading-edge technology in the industry.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE (ISO 9001:2000)
Stoppages due to equipment breakdowns are costly and reduce your company’s production capacity. We offer a preventive maintenance program with experienced technicians to monitor your equipment in order to minimize unplanned stoppages caused by motor and reducer breakdowns. Over the medium term (6-12 months), you will clearly see our program’s effectiveness through the improvement in the performance and durability of your equipment.
One of the most important aspects of our preventive maintenance program is that it is adapted to your needs. Each program is customized to the customer’s requirements and is integrated into the work environment. We can guarantee you that every dollar your company spends on preventive maintenance will generate a good return on your investment.
After all, isn’t it true that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure?
DYNAMIC BALANCING (ISO 9001:2000)
Imbalance results in increased dynamic effort which:
- considerably shortens the useful life of the bearings,
- ncreases energy consumption.
Balancing is done at customer request or when our vibration analysis confirms a balancing failure.
We have the facilities to quickly and efficiently balance equipment on two planes.
LASER ALIGNMENT (ISO 9001:2000)
The useful life of a motor will be shortened if the shaft is not properly aligned with the device it has to drive.
The shafts of rotating machinery must be perfectly aligned to prevent any breakage. Laser alignment substantially reduces constraints on the bearings or axles so the equipment can operate in the best possible conditions.
50% of damages to rotating machinery are caused by shaft misalignment.
An improper alignment:
- shortens the life of the bearings
- produces vibrations
- increases the load and energy consumption
- increases the constraint on the couplings and consequently the risk of overheating and breakage
- wears the joints and provokes infiltrations
- leads to downtime
Even if flexible couplings are used, an improper alignment increases the load on the couplings and the level of vibrations.
We use the laser alignment technology to effectively resolve this problem. This advanced solution combines accuracy, reliability and speed of execution and it has the level of accuracy required for any state-of-the-art equipment.
Use the services of the experts in the industry for all your rotating machinery alignment needs so you can be absolutely certain of getting quick and accurate alignments that meet manufacturer specifications.
On site mechanics (ISO 9001:2000)
We do any kind of mechanical work on electric motors, pumps, gearboxes on your premises. We have service trucks equipped with all the tools and equipment required to meet your needs.
